Roc & Roe's 1st Posh Party
According to People.com Sunday April 29, 2012 Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their Pampered Petite's 1st Birthday at the Plaza Athénée in Paris. Moroccan and Monroe, affectionately called Roc & Roe, were showered with blue and pink star-shaped balloons, confetti, custom made French pastries, and toys.
